I need to really have a vehicle and am a college student dwelling on-campus but won’t be driving it much whatsoever. I am merely seeking the most basic and most inexpensive auto insurance I will find. I am 19 without seats or injuries yada yadayada. Where could I find some insurance that is cheap?
