I’ve obtained a beeline Veloce GT50 49cc scooter (still in shop till protected) i cant get plates about it until i provide them with my insurance papers but im finding it hard to get an insurer to guarantee me online utilizing the VIN Number / Chassis Number. so im stuck in a hook. No bike untill insurance is had no insurance untill license plate number is injected onto online forms. This is for uk provisional answers from beyond british please. thanks
