I got a ticket for incorrectly changing lanes and I’m electing not to go to traffic institution (because I only have yet another opportunity for traffic school based on 2 times/year) for such a minor offense. Would it not sound right to skip 8hr institution ($70.00) or would I end up spending more while in the long haul as a result of my 3 things?
